Yes. The full project payment must be completed before your website is launched, login credentials are provided, ownership is transferred and the website is handed over. This protects both you and us.

Once a project has officially started, payments are non-refundable, because significant time goes into planning, design, development and project management from the very beginning. If you have any concerns during the project, talk to us and we will find the best possible solution.

Yes. Our Website Revamp & User Experience Improvement service costs Nu. 12,500 one-time. We improve the design, layout, navigation and mobile experience of up to 8 existing pages, while keeping your business information, core content and existing web addresses. It does not include new pages, full content rewriting, new booking systems, premium themes or plugins, hosting or an SEO campaign. Websites with more than 8 pages are quoted separately.

Most websites are completed within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the package and how complex the project is.

The Six-Month SEO Growth Plan (Nu. 5,000 per month, Nu. 30,000 in total) covers up to 10 existing pages, two content improvements per month, local visibility recommendations and a six-month review. Each package covers one website and none includes new pages or ranking guarantees.
