Why 1Solution exists
Kezang Jimba started 1Solution to solve a problem he kept seeing. Many Bhutanese businesses had their websites built by freelancers and agencies in Nepal and India. Once the site was delivered, the owners could not update, upgrade or manage it themselves, and even the smallest change came with a hefty charge and a long wait.
So the aim was never only to be another marketing and web development agency. It was to give local businesses a reliable, long-term partner at home: a team in Thimphu that builds the website, explains how it works, and is there when something needs to change.
Today that means custom WordPress websites, logo design, website care and hosting, and a course that teaches business owners to manage their own sites.
