How much does a website cost?
Our website packages are Basic at Nu. 25,000, Advance at Nu. 37,000 and Premium at Nu. 50,000. Each one includes hosting and business email, and the package page lists everything that is included.
Logo design is Nu. 10,000, and website care after launch is Nu. 9,500 per year. If you need something custom, we will quote it after a free consultation.
Do I need to pay the full amount before my website goes live?
Yes. The full project payment must be completed before your website is launched, login credentials are provided, ownership is transferred and the website is handed over. This protects both you and us.
What is your refund policy?
Once a project has officially started, payments are non-refundable, because significant time goes into planning, design, development and project management from the very beginning. If you have any concerns during the project, talk to us and we will find the best possible solution.
Can you improve our existing website instead of building a new one?
Yes. Our Website Revamp & User Experience Improvement service costs Nu. 12,500 one-time. We improve the design, layout, navigation and mobile experience of up to 8 existing pages, while keeping your business information, core content and existing web addresses. It does not include new pages, full content rewriting, new booking systems, premium themes or plugins, hosting or an SEO campaign. Websites with more than 8 pages are quoted separately.
